The Pairing

The Reasoning

Something about The Summerlark Elf filled me with warmth – it’s a sweet, uplifting tale and for that reason I wanted to make a simple drink to give me those warm fuzzies.

The Cocktail

You will need:

  • Champagne/Wine Glass
  • Sparkling White Wine (Dry)
  • Orange Juice
  • 1.5 oz Black Raspberry Liqueur

Half fill your glass with sparkling wine, then top up with orange juice. Measure out your raspberry liqueur and gently pour into the glass, allowing it to sink to the bottom.
