Inspiration
The reasoning behind this drink contains spoilers, so I’ll just say that some imagery inspired this cocktail and leave it at that. 🙂
Recipe
You will need:
- Shot Glasses
- Toothpick
- 1 Packet Lime Jell-O/Jelly mix
- 1 cup Boiling Water
- 0.5 cup Cold Water
- 0.5 cup Vodka (Non-Alcoholic Substitute: 0.5 cup water)
- Triple Sec (Non-Alcoholic Substitute: Omit this ingredient)
- Apple Juice
Prepare lime Jell-O/jelly according to instructions, but instead of using 1 cup of cold water, use 0.5 cup cold water and 0.5 cup vodka. Half fill your shot glasses and put in the fridge to set. Any spare mixture (assuming you don’t have that many shot glasses) can be left to set in a different cup.
Once set, use a toothpick to stir the Jell-O so none of it is stuck to the glass. Add a splash of triple sec to each glass and top up with apple juice.
Additional shots can be made with your spare mixture by adding a spoonful to a shot glass and stirring with a toothpick.
