The Pairing

The Cocktail

You will need:

  • Cold black coffee
  • Ice cube tray
  • Whiskey tumbler
  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 1 oz Kahlua
  • Half & Half

Our first step is to make coffee ice cubes – trust me here, and don’t skip this step. The scent of the ice cubes is a good part of this cocktail’s appeal. Pour your cold black coffee into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight.

Fill a whiskey tumbler with coffee ice cubes. Measure 1 oz Kahlua and 2 oz bourbon over the ice. Top up the tumbler with half & half, and stir.

Enjoy, and be sure to kick your douchey brother in the nuts. 😉
