Hi, I’m Adam, also known as Doomscribe in the sff reviewing space.
When once I’d be satisfied by a solid epic or heroic fantasy, nowadays I’m forever chasing the new and different. I’ll read pretty much any speculative fiction, especially books that can deliver unique thrills, unexpected twists and emotional gut-punches. Having said that, I have fickle moods and tastes, and I rarely finish anything I’m not truly engaged with.
When I’m not reading and reviewing books, I also read comics, watch movies, play board games and video games, and dabble in writing. Sometimes I write about those things too when the urge takes me.
